TOWN AND COUNTRY HOME INSPECTIONS

With over 30+ years experience as a general contractor/remodeler in the Northern Colorado area, Greg Klippenstein, owner, has the knowledge and experience that most don't obtain. I am professionally trained and certified through Home Inspectors of Colorado and am fully insured.

The checklist I use meets and exceeds the national standards and is very thorough. I get up on the roof, down in the crawlspace and everything in between. I check the gas lines, plumbing, electrical, water heater and furnace vents for leaks, I do it all. I am happy to answer questions at the end and can provide services to perform any repairs or corrections.

I am honest, friendly, and respectful. And just like my crazy Australian Shepherd, I wont bite!
